Cancellation of orders once placed with WARNER PTO (seller) can be made only with Seller’s consent. Should Buyer, due to good cause, desire to affect the cancellation of an accepted order, Seller will accept such cancellation on the following basis:
- Order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped please request an RMA
- Item(s) on the order are stocked items
