Return Authorization Request

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM WARNER PTO. Please send an email to [email protected] to request an authorization number (RMA) before returning any part(s) for exchange or refund. Returns, except those due to our error, will receive a 20% restocking fee (plus the original shipping). This fee covers order administration, original packaging cost, inspection, testing, disassembly, restocking and handling and is non-negotiable.

Enclose the original invoice with your return and note your authorization number (RMA) on the outside of the shipping box. All returns must be postage pre-paid and sent to:

Packages without RMA Number provided clearly labeled on outside of box will not be accepted and returned to sender at the expense of the buyer.

Copy of the original invoice will also be required in box. Without this information it can be extremely difficult for us to identify who is sending a return.

All Returns will have an electrical and mechanical inspection. We do not accept returns on electrical parts that have been installed or used in any way. Returned electrical parts must be in resalable condition. If there is any shipping damage or damage to the product we will not issue a refund. We recommend insuring all returns for the full purchase price and using the original or equivalent packaging. We do not accept returns beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. No Refunds or exchanges for defective, damaged, or used parts. Defective parts are not eligible for return and/or refund - Please refer to our Warranty policy in the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Once the item(s) have been returned and inspected, Warner PTO will refund your Credit Card / PayPal account the appropriate amount.
